Melanie has been a Board Certified Registered Nurse since 2013 and trained in aesthetics under Dr. Joseph Russo, a Harvard‑trained and board‑certified plastic surgeon. Her background across multiple nursing specialties shapes a precise, safety‑driven approach that guides every treatment she performs.

She is known for her meticulous eye and her commitment to balanced, proportionate outcomes that age gracefully. Abigail holds dual degrees in Nutrition and Wellness and Nursing from Northeastern University, giving her a strong foundation in both clinical care and whole‑patient support. She specializes in injectables, including dermal fillers, Sculptra, and neurotoxins, and integrates advanced skin rejuvenation treatments such as collagen induction therapy and laser services to build long‑term skin quality.

Her approach blends aesthetic medicine with her background in nutrition, allowing her to design treatment plans that support the skin from multiple angles. Abigail focuses on natural, structured results that evolve thoughtfully over time and align with each patient’s goals.

Kelsey Chase, RN, BSN, MLD

Aesthetic Nurse and Laser Specialist

Kelsey is a clinically trained aesthetic nurse with advanced certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. She specializes in laser and skin treatments, including resurfacing, IPL, chemical peels, and DiamondGlow facials, using a technical, results‑oriented approach to improve tone, texture, and pigmentation.
